How to Win at the UFO Catcher
The UFO Catcher is a arcade game very similar to the claw machine or the crane game but the instead of having 3 or 4 claw "arms" you only get 2. most people would say that it's more simple because it doesn't spin or that it's much simpler because of the two arms but that's where you're wrong. In my experience, the ufo catcher is a little more challenging than the claw machine but there are some tips that you could use.
TIP 1: Wait for it!
Ah yes... before you could actually win something from the UFO catcher with out spending a ton of money is to find something actually "gettable" at the machine. If you have any doubts if you can catch it or not then leave it alone and let somebody else play it. its best if that someone who plays it first is a little bit dumb or has no idea what he's doing. Then if he is unsuccessful and he left something "gettable", make your move and win the damn thing.

he plays the UFO catcher at about 2:50min of the video

How to Win at the Stacker
The goal of the game is to align rows of moving blocks on top of each other. A player who can stack 11 rows will win a minor prize, which is usually very low in value, sometimes lower in value than the amount of money the player paid to play the game. A player who gets to the top row wins a major prize.
YES. The stacker game is rigged! but don't let it stop you from playing! many people actually win that game but you have to be lucky.
The objective is that you are given 3 block and you must at least stack those 1-3 blocks to the minor prize part to at least win something and stack 1-3 blocks to the major prize to win bigger prizes.
TIP 1: BE AT THE RIGHT PLACE AT THE RIGHT TIME
If you notice that someone just won from the stacker game, don't let it drive you to play it immediately.
The machine must make up for the money in which the major prize is worth before it can give a major prize away.
For example: if a major prize is worth $200, that means the machine must make $200 worth of failed tries or more before it can give a major prize.
For example: the machine win make a pay out rate of 1/200, 1/500, 1/1000, 1/200, etc.
the pay out rate will vary for what the major prize is worth. It will have better pay out rate if the major prize costs cheaper and it will have a longer pay out rate if the major prizes costs more.
The only time that I won a major prize is when there was a group of "unskilled" persons where playing it. They were playing the game for about an hour and a half without even getting close to the major prize. And as soon as they walked away, I made my move and won the major prize with only 1 try!
This game requires some skill involved and not all luck. you have to be a little hand eye coordinated to actually reach the top.

How to Win at the Claw Machine
Ah yes... The famous CLAW MACHINE. Some people looks at it as a ripoff or a waste of money or a stupid trick while some people look at it as a cool way to win prizes or a cool hobby or just a neat way to win cool stuff in which it is!
BUT here's the problem, not every one knows how to win and of course you can just blame the machine that it's rigged or the claw is just too weak and has a pay out rate.
The reality is that playing the claw machine isn't just about luck! it needs some skill involved too. It also need patience and just just a little common sense..
TIP 1: GO FOR THE BODY
Most plush toys today have a big head and a small body and usually when a person goes to the claw machine, they usually go for the head. WHY? because when they see the head, they automatically assume that it has a larger surface area for the claw to grab thus giving you a better chance of winning BUT maybe just maybe you'll go lucky even though you went for the head.
Why go for the body?
Well, the body of a plush toy usually have arms or legs which will make it hold on to the claw machine better. BUT the main reason why you must go for the body is because they tend to be much smaller than the head... remember that the claw can only give it's full gripping power when the claw is more closed and obviously it can NOT close god enough when you're trying to go for the big fat head of a plush toy...
TIP 2: AIM FOR THE PLUSH THAT ISN'T WEDGED FOR STUFFED
Some people expect for the claw to just pull that stuffed toy out and winning it. here's the thing, IF A CLAW IS FINDING IT HARD TO LIFT THE TOYS THEN HOW DO YOU EXPECT IT TO PULL IT OUT?
TIP 3: WATCH SOMEBODY PLAY FIRST
Some time you can't be too sure that the toys you want is loose or can be lifted by the claw.
make sure that you watch someone play first. IT WILL SAVE YOU SOME MONEY
TIP 4: OBSERVE THE PLUSH CYCLE
If you visit the arcade often and you see the same prizes every time that means that the machine rarely gives out prizes and is very hard to win. Go for the machines that changes prizes more often because it means that more people are winning in that machine thus making them restock their machines more often.

1: Keep spending.
2: Cry(Sobbing is much better but do NOT yell)
3: A staff will open the glass door for you. I always win this way when i was little. Japanese are indulgent to children.
*CAUTION!*
If you're not a little kid, they may call the police.
